TLT-Turbo today announced their attendance at the Power Plant Technology Congress (Kraftwerkstechnisches Kolloquium) hosted by Technische Universität Dresden. The event takes place from 18 – 19 October at the International Congress Centre in Dresden, Germany.
Now in its 54th year, this event is one of the strongest scientific-technical conferences, attracting around 900 participants per year and over 150 exhibiting companies.
Patrick Baumgärtner, TLT-Turbo Product Manager for Service and Power Fans comments:
“We have participated in this important event for several years. This year, we will be showcasing TLT-Turbo power plant ventilation systems and related services. TLT-Turbo’s offering covers a wide range of operator challenges and concerns, including efficiency, sustainability, uptime and reliability. Learn more about optimizing and retrofitting your current ventilation systems, new trends in efficiency improvement, and the latest innovations from TLT-Turbo. Some of the solutions pay for themselves in as little as one year, making them worthwhile for you even with short remaining service lives. The availability of spare parts and the unforeseen need to operate coal-fired power plants as a strong pillar of the German economy is also a challenge for all of us these days. That’s why we would like to invite you to come and talk to us.”
Supplying fans that are purpose-built for use in thermal power plants is one of TLT-Turbo’s key specialties and the company has become renowned for supplying fans that are highly energy efficient and able to operate within the harshest environments. TLT-Turbo fans deliver volume flows of over 1,000 m³/s and an increase in pressure of 20,000 pa.
TLT-Turbo’s booth can be found at Stand 1 and will be manned by Product Manager for Service and Power Fans Patrick Baumgärtner, Group Leader Aerodynamics & Acoustics Florian Neff, Regional Sales Manager Ersin Cetin and Head of Service & Power Fans Johann Freer.
