Our Code of Ethics

Our compliance ombudsman
Our Ombudsman is a central and independent body that receives complaints and reports of irregular behavior or violations of our policies. The Ombudsman serves as a secure communication channel through which you can report irregularities confidentially and, if necessary, anonymously.
Internal ombudsman
Our internal ombudsman, Mr. Gerd Jegodzinski, is your contact for all internal compliance issues and concerns. He is there to help you if you notice irregular behavior or need assistance with compliance issues.

External ombudsman
In addition to the internal ombudsman, we have established an external, independent ombudsman. This function is performed by the renowned law firm SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz Rechtsanwalts GmbH and guarantees that your concerns will be dealt with impartially. Professor Dr. Jochem Reichert is available to you as an external ombudsman if you wish to report violations or ethical concerns.

Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
At TLT-Turbo, we are committed to providing a transparent and safe environment in which employees and partners can speak out in a protected manner if they observe irregularities. In accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we offer protection to persons who wish to report misconduct or violations. Our external ombudsman, Professor Dr. Jochem Reichert, is specially trained to handle such concerns discreetly and responsibly.
