Video Assistance System

As part of our relationship, we offer our business partners the use of a cloud-based video assistance system. This provides the ability to use live video, image and audio transmission, as well as still image capture.

The video assistance system can optionally be used by business partners for contract processing (e.g., for acceptance).

If the business partner wishes to use the video assistance system, we will process

• the name
• e-mail address and/or
• the telephone number
• of the user (hereinafter referred to as login data).

When using the video assistance system

• the login data
• the connection data and
• the transmitted content data (audio, image or video data)

for contract processing (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), our legitimate interest in effective video communication and its documentation or on the basis of the user's consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

Login and connection data will be deleted after 90 days, content data after 6 months.

The video assistance system is operated for us by TeamViewer Germany GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73033 Göppingen, Germany. Teamviewer Germany GmbH processes the above data exclusively on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Accordingly, this data may only be processed in accordance with our instructions and for our purposes and not for our own purposes.

Otherwise, the data will not be disclosed to third parties.
