Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for our Video Conferencing System

Online Meeting Overview

Online meetings and video conferences are similar to meeting in a conference room. They take place virtually over the Internet.

You can participate in online meetings and video conferences if you are invited by a TLT-Turbo employee. You can join the meeting by clicking on the link in the invitation. By participating, you agree to the following privacy policy. Before joining the conference, you will be asked to enter your first and last name. This information is voluntary and not required for participation. However, it will facilitate the organization of the conference.

TLT-Turbo GmbH uses the "Teams" software tool provided by Microsoft Corporation. By default, the following personal data is processed for all participants

  • User data: specified name;
  • Meeting metadata: Topic, Description (optional), Link, Password (optional);
  • Conference data: Video, audio, and screen sharing, online meeting chat text;
  • Messages / Show of hands: Participants* can turn off their video and audio;
  • Turning off or muting the camera or microphone is done by the participants themselves; screen sharing must also be done explicitly.


Usage data (log files, chat logs, etc.) will be deleted no later than 1 day after the end of the online meeting, unless there are legal retention periods that prevent deletion. General Terms and Conditions for Participation in Online Meetings Organized by TLT-Turbo GmbH or its Subsidiaries

Participation in an online meeting hosted by TLT-Turbo GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "TLT") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By participating, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. TLT reserves the right to exclude participants from the online conference at any time if necessary.

No filming, recording or taping may be made without the prior written consent of all participants. Participants must be notified in advance of the distribution of recordings.

Trade secrets must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Export control restrictions (ECC) and data protection regulations (GDPR) must always be observed and complied with.

Storage of information by copying or screen capturing is not permitted.

Use of cookies

We require cookies to conduct the online meeting. During the session, we also process the user name entered and the settings made by the user during the session (e.g., microphone on/off, etc.). Our processing policy can be found here: Privacy Policy - TLT-Turbo

Disclaimer of Liability

The information in TLT's online meetings does not constitute a guarantee, representation or other warranty. Such information must be in writing. In addition, TLT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or lost profits resulting from information provided by TLT in the online meetings, unless caused by gross negligence on the part of TLT.

Fees

Unless otherwise agreed, the online meetings are offered free of charge.

Use of Meeting Documents

The entire content of the Online Meetings as well as recordings thereof and documents sent or made available in connection with the Online Meetings are the intellectual property of TLT and are protected by copyright. You may use these materials for your own personal use only. Disclosure to third parties, further publication or commercial use and generally further rights of use are expressly excluded, unless they have been approved in advance in writing by an authorized employee of TLT.
