TLT-Turbo Appoints SMH as Authorized Service Partner in Saudi Arabia
TLT-Turbo GmbH has appointed SMH, a specialist in the maintenance of rotating machinery and fans, as an authorized service partner. SMH will now act as a service agent for TLT-Turbo, helping to expand TLT-Turbo's reach in the region with a focus on professional service.
In close cooperation between both parties, a contract has been successfully concluded which authorizes SMH to carry out maintenance, repairs and supplementary services on TLT-Turbo fans. SMH's work will initially be limited to the ordered series and models and will be carried out according to TLT-Turbo's procedures and standards. TLT-Turbo engineers will continue to provide support as needed and in special cases.
Following the signing of the agreement, the two companies have held a series of meetings to strengthen the partnership and facilitate knowledge sharing.
The TLT-Turbo team is currently on site to visit customers in Saudi Arabia together with the SMH team. The two teams will also discuss international service standards including quality, environmental and safety management and occupational health and safety. Other topics that both teams will discuss include the management and qualification processes of subcontractors, plant equipment, staff qualification and training, future prospects and the structure of future cooperation. In addition, training courses are planned for employees both in Germany and on site in Saudi Arabia.
