TLT-Turbo GmbH Announces Hongan Zheng as Managing Director

TLT-Turbo GmbH, Zweibrücken / Bad Hersfeld, Germany, June 11, 2024 - TLT-Turbo GmbH, a leading global supplier of fans for industrial applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Hongan Zheng as Managing Director. Mr. Zheng succeeds Mr. Xiongfei Zhao, who will become a member of the Management Board in 2021. Mr. Zheng will lead the company together with Gerd Jegodzinski, who was also appointed Managing Director in January.
Mr. Zheng, a seasoned executive with an impressive international background, brings a wealth of expertise and leadership experience to his new role. Born in 1970, he holds an MBA from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and is a Certified Master Project Manager (MPM). He speaks Chinese and English and has a basic knowledge of German.
Prior to joining TLT-Turbo, Mr. Zheng spent many years with Changchun Generating Equipment Group, a company that is now part of PowerChina Group, the parent company of TLT-Turbo GmbH. During his time at Changchun, Mr. Zheng gained valuable management experience, especially in working with German companies. His more than 20 years of working in an international environment has given him an understanding of intercultural
understanding of intercultural differences and effective communication strategies.
Mr. Zheng has a strong focus on planning and prioritizing tasks as well as developing a corporate culture that promotes excellence and innovation. Mr. Zheng's extensive experience at the executive level of large organizations and his commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable addition to TLT-Turbo's leadership team.
